      <description>&lt;P class="lia-align-left"&gt;I settled for less with Barclay's 6 months ago. They haven't updated my reports at all and I've had no success in reaching them via email or phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-align-left"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-align-left"&gt;I mailed a dispute with a letter explaining they're paid, with a copy of my bank payment AND the letter from Barclays saying I've settled and owe no money.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-align-left"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-align-left"&gt;Experian closed my dispute, says its being reported correctly. So, I called them gave them the report number and info. The guy verified they received my letter and attachments but its not their role to read and make a determination from my paperwork? They only have an obligation to send the dispute to the creditor and whatever they say goes(paraphrasing)...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-align-left"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-align-left"&gt;Now what can I do to get this updated correctly?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-align-left"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-align-left"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;File a complaint with CFPB. Include the paperwork you have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Explain your difficulty in getting resolution from Barclays, and agency doesn't feel it's their job to report accurate info on your report.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had this happen I settled with them in Feb. Paid it in full in Feb. They updated it in March that I had made the settlement payment, but wouldn't report to $0. I wrote the office of the president last week and they updated it to a $0 balance within a few days. I also have a phone number that they gave me when they emailed me last week.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
