Capital One GoodWill Letters

Hi, new here!

I was hoping someone could help with a goodwill letter, email or address for capital one. I have a few late payments from 2014 and 2015 that I'd like to get taken off. I have a 10 year relationship with Capitol one and two different credit cards so hoping they would be willing to remove my late payments. I have tried calling and asking a rep but was unsuccessful as I was told she couldn't go that far back on my account.

I didn't use a standard email, it was tailored to fit my personal situation.

Although, I will share some advice I followed on key points to touch on: accountability, appreciation of the relationship and eagerness to continue, dedication to prevent it from happening again, and of course pull on their heart strings LOL. I told them I am trying to get a mortgage and this is holding me back, so use something that fits your situation.

Could I please have that information as well. Capital One is my last baddie & I want to get them off of my credit report. I've paid them in full. No settling. Just want another chance at doing the right thing.
