Santander Goodwill REJECTION

Just wanted to share with the community. I wrote emails to executives at Santandar yesterday to remove a settled account (have sent letters in the past) and was called by each office today and told the same thing. They report ALL accounts. The two people I spoke with were very polite and sympathized with my situation, but ultimately could not help - company policy. This was my third and final attempt with them

Hopefully others have better luck!

I actually called them today. Apparently my loan didn't qualify, although I'm not sure why. I thought I hit the right marks
