My BK attorney and I spent an inordinate amount of time with their BK and Recovery department and no dice. Basically, because my family member who I charged with returning the equipment (I had already switched to Spectrum and had last minute travel) did not do so timely, it was considered continuation of services after BK and I was on the hook for the $. I ended up paying them in full, account status changed on CR from collection to paid collections, and I got a score boost.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;YMMV. Good luck with dealing with them!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would take that to the CFPB, you were discharged in full and they dont get to say its continuation of service unless you reaffirmed or signed a new contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;HR /&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Omg, really?! I did not reaffirm or sign a new contract. I even switched companies because I didn't think they would let me keep the service after including them in BK. They report first day of delinquency on my CRs as my BK filing date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Definitely going to take your advice. Thank you so much! Wish I would have knew of MF while I was going through it with them. I have another question on how they reporting on EQ but I will make a new thread, so as not to hijack OPs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What’s the best way to get an old Verizon bill off my credit!?&lt;BR /&gt;It’s says we owe $1664 we paid them $700 then a few days later got a bill for $500 so we switched companies. We moved shortly after and never received any kind of final bill or anything. It's still with Verizon and I've never seen it come up under a CA. It’s due to fall off 9/2022 but everytime we apply for a mortgage they bring it up!! Being so old its highly likely you could just explain why it wasnt paid and the mortgage processor will just move on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
