Anyone have Chase settlement offers lately? I was offered 10 percent settlement on $27k for 4 accts for $2700, what gives? Are they not suing anymore and trying to get as much as possible, or do Chase still sues and I should jump on this offer? Tax implication is my biggest hesitation right now. Cheers.

You can refer to the IRS to see what insolvent means and there are forms you can use to tentatively see the tax bite.
