Hi all I am back with questions

I finally got Myfico to unlock my original screenname.

My first question is:

How can a OC or a CA report to 3 CRA's differently?

I have one account listed on all 3 CRA's but it is different on all.

EX:

Sears with EX it shows CO no balance or PD

with a 30 a 60 and 4/90 days lates acct transfered to another office

EQ:

o balances pays acct as agreed 1/30 1/60 and 3/90

TU:

CO as bad debt, 0 balances, no lates

What do you do when you have the same account reported like this?

I disputed this account in Feb and for EQ they updated the account as listed above.

I also have a CA reporting lates and have 23 120 day lates.

I DV'd them once not reply, 2nd DV went out and rec 5/18/08 no news yet.

It depends, is it a charge off account? Was it paid after charge off?

It was a CO, no it wasn't paid but they show it paid

Being that it is a charge off and showing a $0 balance, I'd say they sold the debt.

So, the only one that is really reporting wrong(unless I"ve overlooked something) is the one that says "paid as agreed".........which is in your favor.

It shows pays as agreed on EQ only, Should I GW them to report that way on the other 2 or should I leave it alone in fear of they might catch their mistake and change it back.

If it isn't paid, I certainly wouldn't send them a letter asking them to mark it paid, just my opinion.

That is what I am afraid of, they made the boo boo not me, I wish I could use it to my advantage on all 3
