Tracking my Rebuild

Following negatives on my report:

Updated 9/11

Original Creditors:

Capital One/Kohls: Charged off. $2,770. Paid $1,386 9/9 settlement with DCM for PIF/Settled In Full; DCM not on credit report but collecting on behalf.
Comenity/Ulta: Charged off. $0 balance reporting. No CA assigned. Was informed that Midland Credit Management has the account now but nothing has been received. Suggestions?
First Premier Bank: Charged off. $1,366. Paid $817.61 9/8 settlement for "Settled in Full/$0 balance"
Merrick Bank: Charged off. $1,722. Paid $1,033.57 to Carson Smithfield for PIF/SIF/$0 balance; was told that Carson Smithfield will not report to bureaus and will notify Merrick within 48 hours this was PIF/SIF. Balance updated 9/11 to $0 on EX (+4 points), Settled for less; waiting for EQ & TU.
One Main: Charged off. $10,440. Reached out to CA trying to collect on One Main's behalf but have not been successful (MRS BPO LLC). Would like to settle for $3,600 (or less) but unsure who to contact. MRS BPO no longer handling account; going to reach out to OneMain for settlement offer.

Collections:

Portfolio Recovery (WebBank/Dell account): $3,454. Paid $1,899.95 9/7 for deletion Updated 9/11 to balance of $1,555 on EQ/EX/TU. awaiting deletion now that it's been updated.
LVNV (Credit One account): $1,291. Paid $517 to Credit-Control LLC (collecting on behalf of LVNV) for deletion. Updated 9/11 - LVNV has been removed from EX (+17 points). Waiting for TU and EQ to update.

Looking for advice on Comenity/Ulta card (they aren't willing to recall the debt) and One Main Financial. Both are well within SOL.

Not sure about One Main Financial, but for Ulta, if they're showing a $0 balance, then that means they actually sold the debt and therefore there's nothing for them to recall. Thus, you'll just have to wait for Midland to communicate with you, unless you want to to try and reach out first.

MRS BPO LLC who was collecting on behalf of OneMain Financial decided to no longer service this account so it sounds like I'll need to reach out to OneMain direct. Bummer.
