Deletion still not done

I paid directly to a OC for a bill. They contact the CA to remove the TL. There was two CA's reporting, Enhanced and Pinnacle. Pinnacle was reporting on one report and Enhanced reporting on all three. I was given a 30-day period that they would be removed. Enhanced Recovery removed from EX rather quickly but remain on TU and EQ. Pinnacle is still showing on TU. It will be 45 days on friday. Any suggestions on what my next step should be? Call the OC? The CA's reporting? Nothing?

They can't guarantee any time frame for it being removed, only a time frame for them requesting the removal.

The CRA have up to 90 days to update once they receive information.

I would give it a week or so, then dispute as "CA was supposed to remove".

Thank you for the response. I need to refinance my car and this CA is the last on my EQ. My CU pulls EQ and was in desperate need of a boost in scores. But oh well.
