I would give it some time. It took Experian over a week after EQ & TU updated to remove a late with Cap 1. Wait a week or two and see if they have been removed

I called Capital One, spoke with the manager spaecialist. Informed/asked him to remove my 3 late payments in 2007.

he said..to far to go back and change it, however I will send you a letter stating account is in good standing. and send it to CRA to verify. I said thanks.

I got a letter yesterday stating account paid in full.

Do I dispute my lates with the CRA or call back and disputes the lates with the OC, since he said to far to go back in the computer and change it?

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that letter really doesn't do you any good. It doesn't state that the lates should be removed, only that the account is PIF. It is already reporting this way, so no point in sending the letter.

That's great. It seems that since he was unable to find the lates himself, he did you the courtesy of reporting as such to the bureaus. As far as Cap One goes, that's a huge victory.
