Can anyone tell me the email of a corporate officer in Ford Credit?

Im just now starting to work but my AGI for 2021 was only about 24k. I want to offer a settlement due to Covid and all and get the remaining judgment balance off my report. They offered me like 45% settlement pre-covid in 2017 but I did not have the funds. I was out of work with 2 toddlers and Im just now getting back on my feet.

I am hoping for good news if not, I'll have to continue to make the small payments that I am currently making now.

I appreciate any help you can offer me.

If there's a judgement already, you should be going through their attorneys.

It's too late if the debt is now a judgment.

A judgment creditor is not going to wheel and deal much because he has strong enforcement powers to compel you to pay 100% without you being able to do anything about it. Put it another way, you will be forced to pay Ford before you pay your mortgage/landlord, utility bill, food for the baby, or another creditor. For example, you may log into your bank on Monday and find out that they took all the money in every account you have at a specific bank. Or they find out where you work and take 25% of your gross pay without your permission. Finally, they can put a lien on your house which will require you to pay Ford 100 cents on the dollar when you refinance or sell. If you make small payments that weren't agreed to by Ford, you should expect your paycheck and your bank account to be drained at some point in the near future. Depending on the rest of your financial situation, bankruptcy may be the right solution and the only way to reduce the judgment to zero.
