Disregard this entire post - it has been deleted by both CRAs. I work for the agency that originally placed this ridiculously small debt, and I know there are whistleblower protection laws but I just don't trust that I can't get in trouble.

Do you have any reciepts that it was paid? Sounds like EQ is being EQ. You could send them proof of payment. They'll have to contact TW and they should report it $0 balance. Some research showed parked debt is illegal. Another way to try to get people to pay up. Good Luck!

I paid it via pay.gov which is FMS'S system with the account number they provided and the amount listed on the cred t report and have a receipt.
