I'm one state over and opened the accounts when I was in NY (still work there). I was hoping I'd be able to get them removed but I think the rule is you have to LIVE in NY.

@Credit17 so experian automatically removed them at the correct date after 5 years ... TU and EQ had to reach out citing the law and listing the accounts (i did know about this law until jsut recently when i joined myfico)...TU removed the account but EQ is still reviewing the "dispute" even tho its been almost 30 days
