Charged-off SYNCH/JCPenney. I am wondering when it will fall off

Hi, everyone,

i need a little help with when my last delinquent account (outside of those IIB) fall off.

I had a JCPenney account beginning in 2006. I kept up with it for years until I began struggling. It went 30-60-90-120 days late before it was Charged Off in December 2016.. I paid it to zero in February 2017.

On TU, the account shows as estimated to be remoced 3/23. However, I had a 30-day late on this account in January 2016; a 60 day late in February 2016: brought it current in March 2016; then 30 day late in April 2016, followed by 30,69,90, 120 and then CO.K

My TU report through MyFico doesn't display the lates but they do show on my actual TU report so they are there. The EQ and EQ version of my JCP lates are below. The 30-day in January 2016 is not showing on the actual EQ and EX, AND neither is the 60.

When is the earliest I can begin trying for EE? How do I go about it? I am kind of lost with all this and have done a ton of reading on it but can't seem to figure it out. Advice is very appreciated.

TU ask starting 6 mos out from scheduled drop off, EX and EQ start 90 days out.

I went over to TU and disputed it. The dispute results came back in less than 30 seconds. Account deleted. I will wait to january to dispute on EX and EQ. I appreciate it.Thank you.
