it looks like my gw letter to global financial has finally worked. I had sent a gw letter to the ceo and when i checked transunion and credit check all threecollections had been deleted...... it even said that they had been deleted from Experian....from these sites... so i went and checked my fico looking for a big boost even though my util is at 14%...it only gave me a 3 point increase. these collections are from 2005. i checked EQ and they are still there, it doesnt look like they have updated yet. Does anyone know how long it could be. I hope to see a boost with eq as its the lowest score. I am hoping to have my util down under 7% atn the end of the month...do you think I will see a boost. I do have lates with Cap One and they will not budge..

I am just happy that the collections are gone as they were checks that I had written and didnt look good on the report...I will keep sending gw on the lates. Lates happened 8 months ago.

I didn't get much of a boost when my last CA came off and lates over 2 years is all I had left. No charge offs, no collections.

Others have reported larger increases.

Same happened to DW. Her last CA was removed and received a 3 pt gain. I pulled her FICO reports very frequently and the only change on her report was the CA's demise and an increase in util by 5% or so. She does have a pd CO showing still.
