Amex Optima Card Hard Pull?

Not sure if this thread should be here or in applications?

Last month, I finished paying off an old Amex charge-off. They sent me an application for an Optima card and i dropped it in the mail yesterday. I have a freeze on all 3 credit bureaus and am wondering which one I should lift, as I assume there will be a hard pull. I spent the last hour one the phone with various Amex departments with no luck.

Usually they are know to go for experian. Good Luck!!

It's not uncommon for Amex to pull both EX and TU.

Was there a contact number on the mailing? They told me it got discontinued last year

I got an EX/TU combo pull when I applied for my Optima last August. Good luck!
