Transunion EE Success and major score increase

So I submitted an EE for my last CO ( Captial One ) on Transunion on 3-1-23, which was instantly removed from my report. So this morning I go to log into Transunion and noticed my Vantage score jumped to 802 from 763. No biggie, cause that score doesn't really matter but it's nice to see.

Fast forward to a few mintues ago, when I get a MyFico alert about important changes to my Transunion report. Logged in and completely floored. All my Transunion scores skyrocketed to from mid 720's-750's to the 800 club, with my TU F8 going from 724 to 813 .

I'm superstoked to have at least one CR in the 800 club. Now just have to wait until June-July for EX COs for EEs, and September-October for EQ to naturally fall off. Hopefully, the other two will have similar jumps, but I'll just be glad when they're finally gone.

@IamWesty12 Thank you very much. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel for my rebuild. I'm practicing AZEO and trying to refrain from apping for new cards, at least until my reports are clean.

7 year old account being removed on an already low AAoA. I have two 9 year accounts set to fall off in September so I'm expecting even more of a dip before the rip

I'm sadly expecting the same thing to happen to me when my lone CO finally comes off my report early next year. It reports as being 23 years old and several of my current cards weren't opened until 2020. The tragic thing is that that particular CO account was opened in 2013 but AMEX used to be AWESOME and would backdate any accounts' opening dates to your Member Since date. Apparently that little gift they were giving ended in 2015. I learned this a few days ago when I tried to get them to backdate my Account Open date on my BCE card... the representative didn't know what I was talking about so couldn't do it... a little google-fu later and i learned they had ended the policy. ruh roh for my credit score...

Why is it coming off? Are you seeking exclusion?

I can't imagine it has a high impact on your scores after 23 years..

I might have worded that poorly. Despite being opened in 2013 that CO Amex Platinum reports an Account Opened date of 1999 and is my oldest account so when it ages off in April 2024ish (i will likely try for EE before then) my AAoA will lose a 24 year old account which will drop my AAoA from 9ish years down to 5ish years and drop my oldest account down to 11ish years. I don't know if those will be BIG hits, but

i'm expecting to lose something since all those notifications on credit reports always have "learn about your score" sections that say that "high scorers on average have an oldest account of 25 years or older" or "high scorers on average have an AAoA of 9 years or higher"
