CRA Dispute Question

My lone baddie is old Repo/CO from GMFinancial. All 3 CRAs have different information as it pertains to when my first deliquency was. My TU shows a 60 day late (ouch) back in Oct '16, whereas EQ is using a date from Apr '17. Experian has a DoFD of Dec '16.

The ask: Can I use the DoFD on my TU report to dispute the DoFD for EQ and EX? Experian has a DoFD of Dec '16.

I am working on a similar Baddie with CarMax Auto Finance now. As you are experiancing, there were discreptencies as to the DoFD with the 3 bureaus. I called CarMax and asked for a an account history showing my transaction history, which they provided. This gave me a true DoFD, which I was able to reconcile with my personal records, and is what I will use if the need comes to dispute it. The bureaus cannot really argue to much considering the data is from the original creditor and not me. It also gives me some leverage to use with the CFPB if I have to take it a step further. It is hard to use the bureaus against each other. Legally, they are obligated to report only on information the creditor provides them, and not each other.
