That seems to be a pretty significant difference in scores, if they're all FICO 8 scores. It would indicate there is something different being reported in comparison to EQ and TU. Are the collections being reported only on EX?

How can I raise my Experian credit score? All of my other scores are about 70 points higher. I do have collections that are set to fall off in 2026. I pay everything else as soon as I use the card or account.

Instead of paying off every charge as soon as you accrue it, wait for the statement to close before paying off your card. This will ensure that you are reporting a balance and actually using some of your available credit. Other than that, have patience!
