HSBC Late Payment (COVID Era) - Goodwill Deletion?

Searching says 50% they won't budge and the other 50% of posts say I will need to directly target executives with personalized letters. Has anyone recently ('21-'23) received a successfull GW adjustment from HSBC?

I have a 30 days late that I want to try to get removed and they sold the loan to citizens bank so it's going to be even harder I think.

Thoughts?

Should have taken care of it when it hit and Covid was at its prime. Not 2 yrs later. All you can do is send GW's. HSBC isnt known for forgiveness. But dont know until you try.

You won't know for certain until you try, as you have said it's 50/50, you may get lucky and be one of the ones who walks away a winner.
