Welcome to the forum. There are several prime lenders such as Amex, Chase, Discover, Capital One, etc.. that would give an approval with those scores. However, it really depends on other factors such as your income and what your history looks like. How new are you to credit, what do you have now, who is the charge off from, etc...??

The more details and information you provide, the better suggestions you'll get.

What type of collection account is it? Depending on what it is can cause different impacts. Check who the collection company is as some will do pay for delete.
