Who's had luck removing affirm accounts? One late payment tanked all my work with Experian.......last time they reported an account, positive account, once I paid it off they removed it. I just paid the recent account, negative-late payment, and awaiting it to report paid. Anyone have email for the ceo?? Shooting for goodwill....years back I got a goodwill letter approved by capital one so who knows

I've never had nor ever wanted an AFFIRM account, but I do like tracking down CEO's emails. (It's certainly served me over the years in getting resolution with Amex, Best Buy, Synchrony, Citi, etc. going back to 2004.) Back in the day, I used to track down their fax numbers.

They replied and refused to change my status. I'll be hiring a credit repair firm again. I found a trustworthy one and I don't care to do it myself

Any luck? I'm in the same boat. They marked me as 90 days late, although I made 2 payments during the 90 days! This is even according to their website! I have disputed it, but I have not had any luck.
