Afaik (admittedly it's not much) it's the creditor of the account you're disputing that has 30 days to respond and if they fail to do so, the item is deleted. The CBs say 30 days but I've had ones take longer . Have you called the bureau in question to ask if there's a reason for the delay?

So I have a question, they CB's have 30 to 45 days to respond to a dispute or else you win by default right? so if they did nto not respond how does one go about enforcing that? lets face it they arent gonna just do the right thing, so if it were you how would you go about enforcing it with them?

Say its day 67, no response at all.... whats your next steps andddd go.........

Yes, in accordance with the FCRA, the Credit Bureaus typically have 30, or so days to investigate, or verify disputed information. If they fail to do so doesn't mean you win by default, as one might win a default judgement in court. Your next step would be to file a complaint with the CFPB
