NFCU - SSL, Secured CC and divorce!

I'm currently waiting for my status to change to "discharged" on my CR. Getting divorced soon as well.

Question:

If I get a SSL & Secured CC from NFCU....will those accounts be listed on her CR as well, not currently divorced yet. I'll be the ONLY name on the accounts.

I did call NFCU, they can't reinstate my account (only had a savings account) with them until my CR shows discharged for my BK 13. I'm just trying to rebuild MY credit before I get divorced. Sorry for the rambling on!!

I'm just trying to start the rebuild before the final decree for my BK13 is finalized! Any input is appreciated!

My wife and I have a variety of cards and loans, the only one that show up on both were either taken out jointly (car loan) or where she is an AU on my CC accounts. I see no reason your accounts would show up on her reports.

Only joint accounts will show up. An individual must agree to the debt obligation and terms (i.e. applying on a loan or credit application) in order to be a party to it.
