Is there a way to find out what date old lates will fall off your CR?

Is there an easy way to tell when old lates will age off your CR? Will the CBs tell you if I call? It's so confusing to try and figure out.

Lates will fall off 7 years after the date of first deliquency, so simply add 7 years to that date.

30 day lates tend to have their effects fade after about 2 years though.

even the ones that keep reporting that debt being late each month?

Go to annualcreditreport.com. Pull your free 3 CRA reports. Each late falls off at 7 yrs. If its a string of lates like 30,60,90,120. When the 30 ages at 7yrs. They'll all fall off.
