30 days past due missed payment-zero dollars past due

See attached so strange. Upstart is no help and the worse! I ven sent them all of the payment proof even contacted the CEO and NO ONE would respond! I even went on twitter. I'm awaiting BBB because I reported them. What else can be done here? This lowered my credit score tremendously

Oops I just notice I can't attach anything on here... well basically my credit report says 30 days past due missed payment but amount says zero. As of today it says I'm now current but the prior one is wrong and needs to be taken off.

1. Welcome to the forum.

2. You should send disputes to the credit bureaus.

Thank you that was my next step but sometimes they are no help either and go with whatever the company supply them with . I didn't know if this ever happened to anyone , so strange
