I'm having this same issue since every time I log in to my credit score information, they have an old phone number and old contact information. If someone finds a way to get a hold of an actual human I'm all ears.

On r/CRedit, a poster was able to reach a live representative by telling the automated system that they wanted to start a dispute, then new dispute. Once you are verified, you are transferred. Good luck.

Also a another good hint to get a live agent is call right as they open up their phones. That's how I was able to get a live agent almost every time I called them.
