You have five cards, three with AF. I kind of understand the QS for starting back up again, maybe, but hopefully that can PC into a no-AF card. I do not see the value in the other two cards that you are paying to carry. All of these are less than a year old(?), I would cut bait with the Sparrow and Cerulean since the age isn't helping, strictly because of the unnecessary fees.

So I filed and had a bk7 discharged about a year ago. My score have improved to about 650-660 and I'm not sure where to go now.
I have a mission lane that has no AF. Started with $1500, increased to $2k right at 6 months. Next statement later this month will be 1 year. No af on that one.
then I i have a sparrow visa. $59 fee next month. $500 limit, $0 reporting.
Cerulean card. $750 limit. $19 reporting. $125 fee in 2 months.
then I have a cap One venture one and a quicksilver. QS has $39 fee bit its 6 months from then and thr venture has no AF.

My thought is that I should cancel the cerulean one before the af. The sparrow for $59 idk and I'll probably try to pc the quicksilver when it's time.
am I doing this right or should I try to replace that line first, either through a hopeful cli from mission lane or cap one...

I would cancel all the cards with fees before they’re charged again. You don’t need the extra drain on your finances, and you might be able to get a no-fee card now.

One year after your BK7 discharge, your credit has improved to the 650–660 range, and you're now deciding how to manage your current cards as annual fees approach. You have several accounts, including Mission Lane with a $2,000 limit and no annual fee, Sparrow Visa with a $59 fee and a $500 limit, Cerulean with a $125 fee and a $750 limit, and two Capital One cards—VentureOne with no annual fee and Quicksilver with a $39 fee due in six months. The smartest move is to keep your no-fee cards like Mission Lane and VentureOne, since they help your credit long-term without costing you anything. You should strongly consider cancelling Cerulean before the $125 fee hits, as it’s a high-cost subprime card that won’t benefit you over time. Sparrow is also worth closing if the $59 fee isn’t justified by growth or benefits. For the Quicksilver, plan to request a product change to a no-fee version when the time comes, and try to get a credit limit increase from both Mission Lane and Capital One before you close any of the smaller cards to keep your total available credit strong. This approach keeps your profile clean, reduces unnecessary fees, and positions you to gradually replace subprime cards with better, long-term options. E-ZPassPA

I'd absolutely dump the Sparrow and Cerulean, those are fee harvesters. The $39 AF QS1 can sometimes be difficult to PC, but I was able to. Mine went from QS1-->V1-->regular no AF QS. As for adding a 4th card to replace one of those, I'd wait until you have fewer hard pulls and aren't showing high velocity on new accounts (minimum of 6 months if not longer imo).
