Transunion Instant Dispute?

Hi all,

I submitted a dispute to Transunion and Equifax from an old AU account with loads of late payments and a resulting charge off. The TU dispute was done as an Instant Dispute yesterday via Kikoff. How does this work? I did see that it has been removed from my TU credit report as of today. Is it truly gone forever or should I be concerned that it will reappear?

Thank you for your reply! That is truly a relief because despite it being a AU account I believe atleast one of the bureaus was using it in my scoring. Hopefully it changes something by being removed. Maybe Equifax will remove it soon...
