Stupid things that make me happy!

OK. As stupid as it may sound, I'm actually excited about the fact that the last five late payments that I have will be falling off this year. I have long since waited for them to fall off. I have a very solid 700 plus score across all options and cra's now as it is and with a very great mix of credit lines and good credit card CLI. I just wanted to come in and share how excited I am over something so simple. I think the bigger excitement is because for the first time I will have a 100% perfect credit report. That is all and have a fantastic day.

Grat's on losing those lates. It definitely warrants good feelings.

In a sense, means you have arrived in the better credit world. Take a pat on the back as the come back is not an easy journey.

That's not stupid at all. Probably been quite a while and hopefully it's time for some new habits to show up in the box scores.

congrats on that . be glad the baddies are falling off. One thing to remember is that you should not immediately jump on doing CLI requests or even look at pre approvals with banks you currently work with. That is because there is a Hidden metric that sits in plain site. it is the Account Review which is the soft pull banks do to review you for cli's etc and is what feeds their internal system.
