Pre-Hippa Process Help

I have two paid collections on my credit reports and need to get these removed. I am trying to find the steps and pre-hippa letter on the forums and I am having trouble locating these. If anyone could tell me where this is I would be very happy.

Unfortunately, the process can no longer be posted on these forums because another group is claiming ownership. As a result, we no longer can post the letters here and the old posts have been removed.

I would suggest looking through old posts to see if you can find suggestions, tips ,or old letters that may be of some help.
