DV, PFD or what?

Hi, I recently received a letter from a local CA Creditors bureau associates of georgia collection division regarding a deliquent credit union account with xx credit union that I had stopped using but something I was unaware of charged the account and made it go negative and was eventually closed as a charge-off.

On my Experian credit report, the account is listed as a potentially negative closed account with the following:

Account Name: XX federal credit

Account Type: Unknown - credit extension, review or collection

Date opened: 11/1/2004

Account status: closed

Payment status: Charge-off

What I am asking is should I DV or PFD the OC or the CA or both?
