We need some help with these accounts. Fixed several already but don't know what to to with the rest..We tried GW letters with no success. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Edfinancial Student loan opened 9/2005

DOFD 9/2009 90 day late

Account now closed due to refinance

First Premier

Opened 1/2005

DOFD 6/2005

CO 8/2005

Paid before knowing to ask for delete in 2007. still being reported every month as paid,CO account closed by customer

PLEASE HELP.......don't know what to do with these! I'm still GW but not having any luck!

On both accounts, the best you can do is ask for GW. No leverage to work with.

Try the CEO of the companys or someone higher up to send the GWs to.
