I have 2 medical collections on my EQ reports since 2003. It was only showing on EQ, but since I disputed it with EQ they have been removed and score jumped 48 points. Since I disputed they added it to TU which I disputed and it was removed, they added it to EX which I disputed and now it is showing updated and verified to remain on my CR 09/10. I sent the HIPPA letter to the CA, they sent me a settlement for $300!!!! - no verification. I am now sending the follow up letter to them and a letter to EX with their response, hopefully they will delete it.

Paid or unpaid medical must delete from your CR 7 years from the date of service NOT DOFD or date paid.

Is this paid?

Who was paid?

Did the CA answer the medical dispute with complete info?

The bill was not paid. I don't know why they are billing me as I had insurance coverage and furthermore had no knowledge of it. The CA did not send the information I requested in the Hippa letter, they just sent me a letter to settle in the amount of $300, from a bill of $402.

This was about 6 or 7 years ago. I do not remember which insurance co I had and I have changed jobs like 3 times and moved out of NY state
