Thanks to the invaluable information from this forum and the Midland hook-up I received a letter today from Midland stating they will be deleting my account from all 3 CRA.

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie on the forums but not to trying to get my credit rebuilt. I began working on my credit last year but with little success. Midland is my biggest problem. They never respond to anything sent through the mail and I am in need of an email address to contact someone about a PFD on a collections account. If anyone can provide me with an email address it would be greatly appreciated!

anemo...I'll try & fix this. For whatever reason, your pm function has not been enabled. I'll find a mod who's on & ask how to fix this.

Ok...duh...just sent pl to Ilecs...then found my answer! figures!

Ok...upper left corner, under the dark blue banner, you'll see "my profile"...click that...

Now...still under the dark blue banner, youll see tabs for "personal profile", "preferences", etc.... Click PREFERENCES

Scroll way down to the bottom of the selections they give you... you'll see "Turn ON Private Messages" click that box,

then below you'll see "save changes"...hit that button!

Then send me a PM!
