Good afternoon all...I have a few questions about getting a judgement vacated...

I have 2 judgements on my credit, one from 2005 and one from 2007. I feel that the one from 2007 was not served properly because it was served to an address that I have never lived at, and it was served after I moved out of state. The debts were rightfully mine and have since been paid. Since they are paid, can I try to have them vacated? If that would be a possibility, would I have to travel back to the state where the judgements were entered? That was New Jersey, and I now live in North Carolina. Would it even be worth my time at this point to even try? If by chance they were vacated and removed from my cr's, would anyone know how many (if any) points I could gain? Thanks for the help. Advice is welcome
