In April I got B of A to remove some late payments from my CR.
They sent me a letter that confirms that they will notify the 3 CRAs,
and that it takes up to 90 days to update. Well it still hasn't updated
so my question is. Do I dispute the info on all 3? Advice on the best
way to handle this situation would be appreciated.

Thanks.
If I were you, I would go ahead and dispute the information the CRA's myself. Just make sure that you call them, the online dispute functions are total crap unless it's just basic information. As long as you have the letter saying they would update the information as something to show the CRA to support you dispute it should be fairly easy. a few phone calls and a fax or 3 and it should get cleared up fairly quickly.
