Question about DOFD

I sent a letter to TU specifically requesting DOFD pursuant to FCRA 609 and FCRA 623(a)(5)(A). All I got from them was a investigation result for the 2 accounts. One account (Capital One) saying verified, no change and another account (Keybank) saying new information below. The only new information below was that the number of lates was reduced. On my capital one account it is stating that the estimate date that this item will be removed: 08/2011.

On the Keybank account that I haven't had in years there is no removal date. This account should be due to fall off soon or should have fallen off already.

What do I do? Wasn't I suppose to get the actual dates from the CRA pursuant to my request?

The DOFD start when you first missed a payment and never became current. EQ usually list the DOFD on its reports.
