Comcast - ER SOLUTIONS

Hello,
I owed comcast $175. (the debit was from 2007). It was being reported to all three CRA as ER SOLUTIONS. Last month I called comcast and PIF over the phone. The lady I spoke with told me it would be removed, so paid. (I didn't get anything in writing.)

MY question is what action should I take, to attempt get ER Solutions removed of my CRAs?

Did comcast send you any form of "paid in full" in the mail??? How did you pay, over the phone? Is it showing up on a cc or bank statement yet?

They didn't send me anything in the mail. Paid over the phone with a debit card, is showing on my bank statement.

Did ER Solutions also pulled your credit in the process, or just report it to all CRA?

As far as I can tell they did not pull my credit in the process, just reported to all CRAs.

I had a dealing with Comcast earlier this year. I dealt directly with their regional director.

He sent me a copy of the letter the CA sent him showing the balance as zero.

It took the CA almost 4 months to get the item of the CR.

I would get in touch with corporate. open a compaint. Within a day you will get a call back from one of their top guys - tell him the story and see what he has to say.

Don't deal with the local franchise.

So Should I just deal with the OC since I paid them and not the CA. Wasn’t sure if I should VD the CA?

Did the Ca send you the dunning letter?

Are you within the 30 days of Dv?

Have you talked with Comcast corporate yet?

Have you called the OC back and discussed the removal with them? Find out if they've notified the CA or how the process works with them?
