Need help with I.C. Systems Inc.

I paid my Safeco car ins. back in 2007, it had went to collections with I.C. Systems. I've called and asked several time to please have this deleted from my husband's credit report they keep telling me they can't you have to dispute it through the credit bureau.. Anyone have an email address, or know someone who I can talk to to have this deleted.

Just because it is paid does not mean it will come off your CR. It can stay 7 - 7.5 years from the DoFD.

Since it is paid, send a GW letter to the one(s) reporting.

Never talk to a CA.

Go to their website they have a general email address, you can use that.

can you message me the email addy that you used? when I go to their website, under "contact us" it states that they are only able to communicate for regular mail or phone for collections. I'm trying to get a PFD out of them. TIA! .......
