E-mail survey for school project

I have a project in my management class. Please help! The questions are as follows:

1. What is your position, and for what company?
2. How many e-mails do you receive each week?
3. How many e-mails do you send each week?
4. Do you read all the e-mails you receive?
5. If not why?
6. How do you decide which ones to skip and which ones to read?
7. How important do you consider the subject line to be on an e-mail?
8. In your opinion, what makes a particular e-mail effective?
9.What makes a particular e-mail ineffective?

Thanks for your help--I know it looks jumbled but it wouldn't work listed down the page....weird!

6. Who they are from....I have certain POCs whose e-mail's are at the top of my reading list

7. Not very important because of reason in #6

8. Making sure you do attach any documents that are the subject of the e-mail. Being clear in exactly what you need.

9. Rambling on and on instead of being direct/to the point.

Important if it's an intelligent subject line, actually indicating what's inside and why I should read it
Relevant, concise, intelligible.

6. I skip the ones, which I have subscribed to, and place them in their own folder, with the idea of looking at them when I need to get some information from them. I always read emails from people that I know personally.
7. Very important. It lets me know whether to read on or do something else with the email.
8. Tells me what I need to know...hopefully that's something that I can use to make my business prosper
9. One that is just trying to get me to buy something from them or visit their websites, by giving me a lot of "fluffy" information and little more than that on the website. That amounts to wasted time and wasted $.

5. delete obviouse spam or ads...read all relevant ones
6. read all pertaining to work

7. Often misleading..a good one would make me read that email first.
8. To the point. Also, contains the info without opening a bunch of attachments

9.Ones that have been forwarded and forwarded and you have to search for the current part of the email thru 3 pages.
