Oh, and you need to learn key phrases such as "Where did you pull your scores from?" and "Here is the difference between SOL and CRTP."

If suddenly awakened by a fire at 2 a.m., be fully ready to explain to the firefighter carrying you down the ladder the difference between FAKO's and FICO's, when you GW and when you PFD, and how to reduce the scoring hit from util. (Note that you must be upside down while doing this.)

Extra points for being able to recite all the TOS and User Guidelines to the dog on the firetruck!

eta: Oh, yes, and the beer thing too.

I'm a mod on another board (not credit related) and I'm really over people whining, moaning, complaining and biotching. I dislike mean people and really find this whole thing to be a PITA. You can have it.

I have been a Mod, Supemod and Admin on other Boards. And the last time I quit I really meant it when I said "Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!".

The playground monitor stuff does get old, and of course, it worsens when real-life economics worsen. Human nature, though; some people seem to need to have someone else to dump on. I still enjoy it 99.9% of the time.

It's fun watching people's credit improve as their understanding grows. There are so many other realities in our lives that we really can't control!
