FICO Score - Unscientific Poll - What's the most points you have ever gained in a six month period?

TU Fico or EQ Fico only - no fako scores please...

Just curious....for me personally on EQ, since I started repair, my score EQ Fico has increase 88 points! Not sure about tU Fico since I pulled it recently and could not monitor that score as well....

My EQ score went from 766 in September 2008 to 816 in March 2009. Many years ago, I had bigger gains, but I don't remember the exact numbers.

Look at the girl with those daisyduke on she think she got it going on. Congrats on your 88 point increase!

Since I started to aggressively repair my credit around the first of this year I have received a score increase of around 100 points on my TU fico. It started around a 570 and now sits at 680. Same thing with Eq but not quite 100 points. I think around 70 to 80 point gain. Still have plenty of work to do but when the time come to buy a house my scores will be ready.

HA! yellowsnow, that would be funny. Why coudn't I think of a funny screen name.

EQ 117 points

TU 97 points

Had a small medical collection ($31) posted to my CR in August 2008. My score was 686 EQ and 706 TU. Got it removed in October or November 2008 - score shot to 806 EQ and 802 TU. Was my last derog and most recent (was erroneous, ended up collecting a $5000 settlement from the CA in the end, plus they deleted ).

At that time I was just shooting for getting all my FICO's at or above 720. Needless to say, I am no longer satisfied with 720 ambitions

This year on my TU..Jan 20 - 663 July 30 - 702 Not huge, but likely the biggest jump to date.

My old baddies are falling off like one legged gymnists on the balance beam!

Biggest 6-month gain would likely be between 1/21 and 7/21 of this year. TU went from 605 to 735 and EQ went from 633 to 719. These were the highest the scores ever were and started at a low after receiving new TLs, higher util, and an added baddie.

The biggest 3-month gain would be from 8/2/2007 to 10/31/2007. EX (when we could pull EX) went from 545 to 657. EQ went from 548 to 631. And TU went from 524 to 656.

Wow....some big gains, very encouraging. Thank you - going to keep on trying! I didn't put this much research/effort in to not have record gains!!
