I want to thank everyone here for all the help and support I've gotten over the last several years, but it's time for me to go.

I hope that I've made a positive difference in at least one person's life here, and I also hope that I have not offended anyone with any of my posts.

God bless each and every one of you, and may your wishes and dreams come true (and they will...just believe in them, and in yourself...it'll happen, for sure!)

Take each day as it comes, do the best that you can, and enjoy your life without f'ing up anyone else's life, and you're probably gonna do OK.

Ladies and gentlemen, please take my advice. Pull down your pants, and slide on the ice!

Well, I guess I lied to y'all...just a little bit.

It's hard to keep away from people I consider family...so, here I am again. For good, or bad.

I had a few bad days recently, and during that time, I made a few posts here that seemed mean in tone. I read those posts later, and the individual pointing out that "mean tone" to me was right on.

I'm sorry for being cranky, and I also hope no one takes it personally. I only wish the best for you, and I wouldn't say anything to anyone in the way of advice that I wouldn't take for myself.

My priorites have changed somewhat in the last year.

Another poster has written about other uses for proton beam therapy for various types of cancer (aside from prostate cancer), so here are a couple of news items about that.

I hope that this helps somebody here that may be affected in some way.

P.S. @ usmc58555 : "darling" ? While I'm flattered...I'm also more than a bit concerned...or not (depends on my alcohol intake, I guess!)
