I started Juicing Veggies and fruits!!!!!

Was at a Meijer last Friday shopping and I came across the clearance section in the kitchen area. I saw a Jack Lalanne's power juicer express for $50.00 I said what??? I bought it and I noticed when I go home it was missing the spout and pulp catcher. I order both for a total of $18 been juicing since this morning and man what a difference compared to V8 and store shelf bottles of juice. Best $68.00 I spent this year. Apple and carrot juice is AWESOME!!! This weekend I will be getting Kale, cucumber, broccoli and other greens to mix it up.

You remind me of my current smoothie phase. Nothing like a kale, spinach, blueberry, pineapple, protein powder, and flax seed shake to get things going in the morning.

Man,

Honestly tho I do fresh fruit smoothies everyday tonight it was mango. Nothing better than fresh

Yeah, it's normal. Your body is adjusting. Same happened when I started V8 spicy.

The fam and I never had issues, but then again veggies make up 50%-60% of our diet and we go all vegetarian 2x/wk.

My wife is a vegetarian and tell her how do you eat this stuff that has a texture of a used hard smelly sponge? I get her going sometimes when we're at the zoo with our daughter and I have talks with the cows and pigs telling them they would look mighty good in my smoker. My wife looks at me and says ICK!!!!

Juice is something I do NOT need. With IBSD........Enough said!

However, I do love a spicy v8 with a nice shot of vodka and dark beer.

When I initially looked at the title of this thread, I was wondering why you would be bragging about juicing. Obviously, you meant something else lol !!!

I do do my green drinks too: Kale, carrots, peppers and beets . I know it sounds gross but oh so healthy, you get used to it. It's a good cleansing method
