How did you pick your Real Estate Agent?

So after following and learning on these boards, I finally took the plunge and got pre-approved for a mortgage - yay! Now here's my dilemma. I know a couple of agents. One I committed to a few months ago and said I would be looking early spring of 2015. Well, now that I'm starting the process, I called right after I applied. No Answer. I called after leaving the loan officer. No Answer. Waited a couple of days. Again, no answer, but no call back either?!

I know people get busy, but am I absurd to expect a call back? Another note. Again, we know each other, so she has my number. When should I say forget you and talk to my other friend? Believe me, I am NOT high maintenance and I am afraid of hurting someone's feelings, but I also want someone to earn my business and not expect it.

Emotions should not be involved in this kind of situation. Look at the numbers and facts. If you want to get this taken care of, it may be in your best interest to move on.

Asking me not to be emotional is like asking for a well not to be wet lol. That's just me I totally understand what you're saying though! Thank you for your input.
