Replacement Ritz Carlton Credit Card.

My Ritz-Carlton placement credit card came by UPS today. The new card is plastic with a metal insert. Called J.P. Morgan Executive wine spoke to a wonderful representative that told me I was not the first want to call up about this issue. She apologized to me set my complaint of the chain and said if we have enough people complain maybe they’ll change back. Pictures below so the new packaging that the card came in.

Is your card expired, or lost or stolen? Probably because the card is discontinued and there is no more metal card?
