The dealership sent me to Toyota, Toyota sent me to the credit bureaus, the credit bureaus sent me to the dealership, etc. It made by head spin.<BR />I went to file a complaint with planetfeedback, but when I was gone I filed a complaint with the CFPB. It was resolved within days.<BR />Planetfeedback was nice, but I think if the problem is serious enough filing an official complaint could be helpful. Otherwise it was just a convenient interface and there are a lot of other ways to communicate with companies. Twitter, Facebook, email. Whatever works imo.
