You need to change your user name back, I feel like I'm talking to a stranger every day. It's very inconvenient for me

I dunno, I like this particular name. It suits my naturally grumpy disposition.

Should I change it back or should I change it to something else totally different?

Oh, just do as I do, I have 28 different user ids on this site to use as the mood takes me. You can ask and answer your own questions, flame yourself and then report yourself for inappropriate content. I am aiming to be 45% of the daily content.

Yes, other people have a life, but that's overrated IMO.

Remi has a hard enough time with just 2 names. I can't imagine how she would manage to cope with 28.

Although to be fair I can't imagine how I could manage to cope with my having 28

I'll have to think about it. There's history tied to both aliases.

"Artist formerly known as the_old_curmudgeon after he was the artist formerly known as Cold Fusion" is probably better

Isn't old age pretty much already a requirement to be a curmudgeon?

Seems a little redundant.

You know, if my email wasn't breaking all the time, I'd find a better friend.

Except then I'd have coffee problem.

If I could opine, I definitely liked the former name and was a bit confused when I returned to the forums sometime last year and noticed the change. But, I've sort of gotten used to @coldfusion + the avatars 🤷‍♂️ I dunno it's so fitting 😆❤️ I wish it was my name too!

You do what you feel is best, though ✅

So get a better email service. 😂

You have to admit though, not having a coffee problem in the morning is a definite plus. You even get free hugs as a value-added bonus.

Since when have I been dignified? That seems a bit hard to type though.

slightly distracted at the moment, my new beater watch was delivered and I was admiring it.
