I wasn't sure where to put this .please move in wrong . Received a VM today this has got to be some zombie debt as I don't legally owe anybody anything and they even left a VM on my sons cell phone and daughters and gave information about me including my name and date of birth 😡.any recourse here for that ?

i believe I should just ignore but wanted to run it past you . Here is the VM they left me .

Debt collectors are allowed to contact family, employers etc... but only to try to locate you, and there may also be a limit as to how many times they can contact them. Judging by the grammar alone I'd agree it's shady, and either ignore it, or send them a letter demanding they cease any future contact regarding the matter.

Its a Zoombie call. Process Servers aren't going to call you to give you the heads up that they are serving you.
