So I did some searching but this is confusing, while I understand that lates and trade lines do not get removed, it seems that my original loans, I just pulled my free annual report via equifax, but my original student loans that were rehabbed are still reporting as open and past due, these loans have been rehabbed and are being repaid through nelnet and have been for 14 months, if this is not right I will pull all three accounts and take a gander at them to see if that's the same, while I do appreciate 6 accounts that are almost 5 years old it's making me scratch my head why my original rehabbed loans say open and past due!!

Thanks everyone, let me know if you need more info incase I made no sense or if I need to post the screenshot from my annual report.

Between the three images what else besides the open and past due status can I dispute? Can I dispute any of the latest? Even loosing one or two will really help, like I said I'm kinda adds red and this is going to be my first time doing this. I just don't want to mess up

Really appreciate it and sorry if I ounc rude, I'm just mad at this whole situation, I wad 1i and just signing papers and papers, I thought all I had loan wise was sallie Mae, everything else to get this loan all I did was sign a paper my school filled everything out for me on site. But I wa a naive 18 year old abc thought I knew everything and believed everything I was told as I said and I'm paying for it still.

i contacted nelnet regarding the mistakes when my student loan was rehabbed, as well as the one being open, none of the accounts say paid as agreed, all are listed as being assigned to the government, I also emailed Fedloan servicing asking for a goodwill on the lates which fail off in the next 36 months a long shot that probably won't work but I tried and that is what matters, I should have mentioned my deli a with the accounts being mi stanly reported but the last two times I've contacted Fedloan they said they will not change anything, which is why I said the goodwill probably won't work, I plan to call nelnet Monday and see if I can expedite because I really don't want to do three different disputes regarding these but after doing some searching around on here and google it seems that Fedloan is a real tricky cookie with removing and most people have to file disputes, we will just have to wait though and see, maybe my Experian dispute won't even need to be finished after nelnet steps in but only time will tell.

Update!!!!! Went through nelnet, which gave me a number to the department of education, which than transferred me to 3 other numbers and places od course though right? Finally got ahold of someone from a weird number with department of education who swore to me that they always update and every one of there accoubts and if the reporting agency didn't get it right than I havw to dispute it with ALL THREE CRA'd he assured me all three where reported to correctly and the department of education and fedloan servicing could do nothing for me. Looks like I'm going g to have to dispute them now.

Transunion has all four accounts listed as closed, no balances but the gentleman assured me the comment deferred to the government was okay in my case because the balance was at $0, is this right or should I do a online dispute? The main thing killing my Transunion is the colectionary which has not been removed yet but has from the other 2
